Mazda Cx5 Wont Start But Lights Come On

2014 mazda cx5 will not start.

Mazda cx5 wont start but lights come on. Message comes on saying to depress the brake so it doesn't seem to be recognizing that i am depressing the brake. The security indicator light is flashing. Consumer writes in regards to ignition/ room fuse failure.
